Impulsetshirts.com Order Fulfillment Policies:
These policies represent impulsetshirts.com commitment to our customers with
respect to handling of their orders. These polices apply only if less than 4
items are affected. For large quantity returns/exchanges, contact our service
department.
Return Policy:
Any item damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory upon receipt may be returned. Such
returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds do not
include shipping and handling charges. However, imulsetshirts.com will refund
all charges if the return is due to our error. Refunds will normally be made
according to payment method used; however, we reserve the right to issue a check
in lieu of credit to a charge card.
Please provide the following information:
1. Invoice number
2. Identify item you are exchanging
3. Clearly state new item requirements

Out of Stock Policy:
If an item ordered is currently out of stock or no longer available you will
be notified by email and be given the option to cancel or change your order.
If we do not hear from you within 5 days of the notification email, we will
assume you wish to cancel the affected part of your order.
